Join the Youth Action Council (YAC)

The Youth Action Council is an advocacy group that works toward advancing the rights of youth with disabilities in Nevada. We are in the process of hiring a new Youth Outreach Specialist who will be leading the Youth Action Council in early 2024. In the meantime, if you are interested in joining the group or assisting with their activities and meetings, you can send your contact information to the SILC Executive Director, Dawn Lyons at dlyons@adsd.nv.gov.

Youth have different needs and need a voice of their own in our State.  We welcome you to join in and lend your voice to the community. Nothing about us without us!
